Biography
Sarah Parish is an English actress. She trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London.
She is known for television roles including Allie Henshall in Cutting It (2002–2005), Anna Rampton in W1A (2014–2017), Elizabeth Bancroft in Bancroft (2017–2020), Nicole Craig in Industry (2020–2024), and Lorraine Griggs in Stay Close (2021). Her film credits include TJ in The Wedding Date (2005) and Hannah in The Holiday (2006).
Parish has also appeared in Merlin (2008), Broadchurch (2013), The Pillars of the Earth (2010), Medici: Masters of Florence (2016–2019) and Inside No. 9 (2014). With her husband James Murray she established the Murray Parish Trust, supporting paediatric facilities; both were appointed MBEs in the 2025 New Year Honours.
