Biography
Scott Stuber is an American film producer. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a film degree and began his career at Universal Pictures as a publicity assistant. He later became co-president of production at Universal and vice chairman of worldwide production before founding Stuber/Parent Productions and then Bluegrass Films.
Stuber produced films including Ted (2012), Ted 2 (2015), Central Intelligence (2016), Battleship (2012), Love & Other Drugs (2010) and Safe House (2012). He joined Netflix in 2017 and served as chairman of Netflix Films from 2023 until 2024. His recent credits include Frankenstein (2025) and Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere (2025). He has served on the boards of the British Film Institute and the American Cinematheque.
