Biography
Sean Blakemore is an American actor. He was born on 10 August 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri.
He is known for his long-running role as Shawn Butler on the ABC daytime drama General Hospital (2011–2016, with later returns), for which he received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in 2012 and won the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2016. Other television credits include The Quad (2017–2018) as Eugene Hardwick, Greenleaf (2018–2020) as Phil, All Rise (2022–2023) as André Armstrong, and guest appearances in series such as Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) as a Klingon, Scorpion (2014), Bones (2005), NCIS (2003) and MacGyver (2016).
His film work includes Ad Astra (2019) as Willie Levant, Spinning Man (2018) and Pet (2016).
