Biography
Shaun Pye is an English writer, actor and comedian. He appeared as Greg Lindley-Jones in the BBC sitcom Extras (2005–2007). As a writer, he co-created the animated sketch series Monkey Dust (2003) with Harry Thompson and created and wrote the BBC series There She Goes (2018–2023).
Pye has written for numerous comedy programmes including Never Mind the Buzzcocks, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and Have I Got News for You. His other writing credits include A Young Doctor's Notebook (2012) and Bad Education (2012). He began his career as a comedy critic for the Evening Standard and editor of Tough Puzzles.
