Biography
Shelley Waggener is an American actress. She was born on 30 September 1964 in St. Joseph, Missouri, and raised near Branson, Missouri. She trained at Plaza Three Academy, a performing arts school in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving to Los Angeles.
Waggener's screen credits include an uncredited role in Punch-Drunk Love (2002) and the part of Sonya in Winter's Bone (2010). She has appeared in other films such as Leprechaun 2 (1994), Break a Leg (2005), Above Ground (2017) and The Last Movie Star (2017). She has also worked as a writer and producer.
