Biography
Shozo Iizuka was a Japanese voice actor and narrator. Born on 23 May 1933 in Fukushima Prefecture, he died on 15 February 2023 aged 89.
He graduated from the fine arts department of Nihon University and was affiliated with Sigma Seven. Iizuka voiced Genya Tachibana in the 2002 film Millennium Actress.
He was known for roles including Nappa in Dragon Ball Z (1989), Dominic in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), Baraggan Louisenbairn in Bleach (2004), Ryu Jose in Mobile Suit Gundam and numerous characters in tokusatsu series and Western film dubs.
