Biography
Simon Archer is a British cinematographer whose credits include director of photography on the television series Humans (2015).
His other television work encompasses Doc Martin (2009–2022), Death in Paradise (2015–2017), Poldark (2019), Sherwood (2022), Thirteen (2016) and Rebus (2024). He has also served as director of photography on The Bachelor (1999) and earlier contributed as a grip on The Draughtsman's Contract (1982). Archer is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.
