Biography

Sky du Mont, also credited as Sky Dumont or Cayetano Neven du Mont, is a German-Argentine actor born on 20 May 1947 in Buenos Aires. He grew up partly in England and moved to Germany in 1969, where he studied acting in Munich until 1972.

He is known for his role as Sandor Szavost in Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut (1999). In German cinema, du Mont has appeared in several commercially successful comedies, including Otto – Der Film (1985), Der Schuh des Manitu (2001) as the villain Santa Maria, and (T)Raumschiff Surprise – Periode 1 (2004), in which he reprised the role and also played William the Last. Other credits include an uncredited appearance in Das Boot (1981) and a role in The Boys from Brazil (1978). He has also worked extensively in voiceover and television.
