Biography
Sophie Turner is an English actress. She was born in Northampton on 21 February 1996 and began acting at the age of three with the Playbox Theatre Company.
Turner made her professional debut as Sansa Stark in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–2019). The role brought her international recognition and an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2019.
Her film credits include Another Me (2013), Barely Lethal (2015), X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) and Dark Phoenix (2019). She played Margaret Ratliff in the 2022 miniseries The Staircase.
