Biography
Stafford Repp (1918–1974) was an American character actor. He appeared in numerous films and television series from the 1950s onwards, often in supporting roles as policemen or authority figures.
Repp served in the United States Army Air Corps during the Second World War before beginning his acting career. He is best known for portraying Police Chief Miles Clancy O'Hara in the television series Batman (1966–68) and the feature film Batman (1966). Other credits include episodes of The Twilight Zone, I Dream of Jeannie, Bonanza, Perry Mason and MASH, as well as a posthumous appearance in The Other Side of the Wind* (2018).
