Biography
Steve Blum is an American voice actor. Born Steven Jay Blum on 29 April 1960 in Santa Monica, California, he has worked extensively in animation, video games and film.
He began his career in marketing and studio work before turning to voice acting full time in the early 1990s. Blum has voiced numerous characters across anime dubs, Western animation and games, including Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, Amon in The Legend of Korra (2012), and Garazeb "Zeb" Orrelios in Star Wars Rebels (2014–2018). He also provided voices for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016) and Incredibles 2 (2018).
Blum reprised the role of Zeb Orrelios for the film The Mandalorian and Grogu (2026). He has been credited under several names, including Daniel Andrews, and holds a Guinness World Record for the most prolific voice actor in video games.
