Biography
Steven Beard is an actor. He played Makepeace in the film Shakespeare in Love (1998). His other film roles include Andrews in The Remains of the Day (1993) and Messenger in Restoration (1995). He has also appeared in television, including as Brother Anselm in Mystery!: Cadfael (1994) and Mr Ogilvy in Chalk (1997). He acted in a stage production of Romeo and Juliet at the Old Vic Theatre.
