Biography

Suzanne Heathcote is a British playwright and screenwriter based in the United States. Her writing career began at the Royal Court Theatre in London, where her first play was selected for the Young Writers Festival. Her stage works have been produced in London, New York, Chicago and elsewhere, and she has written for BBC Radio.

She has written and produced for several television series, including Fear the Walking Dead (AMC), for which she served as executive story editor, Killing Eve (BBC America/AMC), where she was lead writer and executive producer on the third series, Little Voice (Apple TV+), See (Apple TV+), and The Crowded Room (Apple TV+). She co-wrote the screenplay for the 2025 Netflix film The Thursday Murder Club with Katy Brand. She received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination as an executive producer for Killing Eve.
