Biography
Suzie Plakson is an American actress. Born Susan Plaksin on 3 June 1958 in Buffalo, New York, she grew up in Kingston, Pennsylvania, and studied at Northwestern University. She began her career on stage, appearing in a national revival tour of Stop the World, I Want to Get Off and as Marquise Theresa Du Parc in the Broadway production of La Bête.
Plakson had a regular role as Meg Tynan in the sitcom Love & War (1992). She provided multiple voices on Dinosaurs (1991) and played four characters across Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987), Star Trek: Voyager (1995) and Star Trek: Enterprise (2001). She had a recurring role as Judy Eriksen on How I Met Your Mother (2005–2014) and appeared in guest roles on series including Mad About You and Everybody Loves Raymond. Her film credits include Disclosure (1994), Wag the Dog (1997) and Red Eye (2005). She has also worked as a singer, writer and artist.
