Biography
Takao Ōsawa is a Japanese actor, model and producer. Born on 11 March 1968 in Musashino, Tokyo, he began his career as a fashion model while a university student in 1987.
He rose to prominence with a lead role in the television drama Heaven's Coin (1995). From 2000 he concentrated on film work, appearing in titles including All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001), Hana & Alice (2004), ICHI (2008), Goemon (2009) and the Kingdom series (2019–2024). He voiced the Wolf Man in the animated film Wolf Children (2012).
