Biography
Tania Popa is a Romanian actress. Born on 19 January 1973 in Căușeni, she graduated from the Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in Bucharest in 1994 and has performed regularly at the National Theatre Bucharest.
Her film roles include the night receptionist in 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (2007), a female parishioner in Beyond the Hills (2012), Luminița Angheliu in Child's Pose (2013), Camelia in the segment "The Legend of the Chicken Driver" of Tales from the Golden Age (2009), and Ana's mother in Ana, My Love (2017). Earlier credits include Occident (2002) and The Detonator (2006).
