Biography
Ted Jessup is an American television writer, producer and actor. Born on 23 August 1960, he has written multiple episodes of the animated series Family Guy and held producing roles on the show from 2012 to 2019. His other production credits include The Al Franken Show, World's Dumbest... and earlier series such as Dave & Steve's Video Game Explosion.
As a performer, Jessup appeared as Chatty 'John' in Steven Soderbergh’s film The Girlfriend Experience (2009). He also played a pundit in the comedy Ted 2 (2015) and has contributed to sketch comedy on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn. Earlier in his career he served as executive producer on the 1995 feature Throwing Down.
