Biography
Tess Morris is a British screenwriter and producer. She began her career writing for the soap opera Hollyoaks and the sitcom My Family, and contributed additional writing to the film The Love Punch (2013). She wrote the romantic comedy Man Up (2015), directed by Ben Palmer and starring Simon Pegg and Lake Bell.
Morris was named one of BAFTA's Breakthrough Brits in 2015. She served as executive story editor on the series Casual (2015–2018) and wrote episodes of The Great (2020) and Only Murders in the Building (2021–). She has also worked as a producer on The Great and Only Murders in the Building.
