Toby Ascher is a film and television producer. He produced the Sonic the Hedgehog films Sonic the Hedgehog (2020), Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024).

Ascher also produced Spenser Confidential (2020). He was executive producer and creator of the television series Knuckles (2024).
