Biography
Toby Finlay is a screenwriter. His credits include the screenplay for the 2009 feature Dorian Gray, an adaptation of Oscar Wilde's novel directed by Oliver Parker.
On television he has written episodes of Ripper Street (2012–2016), for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Drama Series and an Edgar Award nomination; Peaky Blinders (2013); The Serpent (2021); and Cobra (2021–2023), where he also served as showrunner on series 3.
