Biography
Toby Welch is a British television producer. He served as producer on the sixth series of Skins (2011–2012).
Welch has produced comedy and drama series including Starstruck (2021–2023), where he worked as producer and executive producer, Breeders (2020–2023) and Catastrophe (2019). He has also produced Man Down (2016) and the television film Murdered by My Father (2016). Welch has received BAFTA Television Award nominations.
