Biography
Tom Kilpatrick was an American screenwriter. He was born on 16 November 1898 in Missouri and died on 11 March 1962 in Los Angeles, California.
Kilpatrick contributed to the treatment for Captains Courageous (1937). He received screenplay credit on Trapped by G-Men (1937) and wrote the original screenplay for Dr. Cyclops (1940). His other film credits include The Black Cat (1934, uncredited contributor), Whispering Enemies (1939), A Man Betrayed (1941), Adventures in Silverado (1948) and The Palomino (1950). He also wrote for television series including Lassie, The Adventures of Jim Bowie and Maverick.
