Biography
Tom Toner (also credited as Thomas Toner or Thomas David Toner) was an American actor. He was born on 25 May 1928 in Homestead, Pennsylvania, and died on 10 July 2015 in New York, New York.
Toner appeared in films including Splash (1984) as Parilli, Miller's Crossing (1990) as O'Doole, The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) as a newsroom reporter, Doubt (2008) as Monsignor Benedict, and Arthur (2011) as the wedding priest. His television credits include episodes of 30 Rock (as Stan) and Boardwalk Empire (as Mr Ennis). He also had a stage career, with Broadway roles in productions such as Me and My Girl (1986) and The Secret Garden (1991).
