Biography

Tommy Duggan (22 July 1909 – 2 November 1998) was an actor who appeared in British film and television from the 1940s to the 1990s. Born in Barnet, Middlesex, England, he took supporting roles in films including A Matter of Life and Death (1946), The Belles of St Trinian's (1954), The Omen (1976), Superman II (1980) and The Final Conflict (1981).

On television he appeared in series such as The Saint, Doctor Who (as Senator Alcott in The Mind of Evil, 1971), Dixon of Dock Green and Father Ted (as Father Paul Cleary, 1995). He is also credited as Thomas Dugan, Thomas Duggan, Tom Duggan and Thomas G. Duggan.
