Biography
Tomokazu Seki is a Japanese voice actor and singer. Born on 8 September 1972 in Koto, Tokyo, he made his professional debut in 1993 as Tomache Massarik in the anime series Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.
He is credited as the voice of Tōji Suzuhara in Neon Genesis Evangelion (1995) and has voiced characters in numerous other series and films, including Rob Lucci in One Piece (1999–), Sanemi Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019–), and Panda in Jujutsu Kaisen (2020–).
Seki previously worked with the agency Haikyō. He is affiliated with Atomic Monkey as honorary president and serves as chairman of the theatre company HeroHero Q.
