Biography

Toshihiko Seki is a Japanese voice actor, actor, singer and narrator. He was born on 11 June 1962 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, and has been affiliated with the agency 81 Produce since 1983.

He is known for voicing Iruka Umino in the Naruto series (2002 onwards), Duo Maxwell in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing (1995), Momotaros in Kamen Rider Den-O (2007) and its spin-offs, and Muzan Kibutsuji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019) and the forthcoming Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle (2025). Other notable roles include characters in Bleach (2004), Ranma ½ (1989) and Hunter x Hunter (2011).

Seki received the Kei Tomiyama Memorial Award at the 15th Seiyu Awards in 2021 and the Best Actors in a Leading Role award at the 19th Seiyu Awards in 2025.
