Biography
Troy Garity is an American actor. Born in Los Angeles, he is the son of actress Jane Fonda and activist Tom Hayden. He made an uncredited appearance as a young boy on the jetty in the 1981 film On Golden Pond.
Garity trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and performed with its repertory company. He is known for playing Isaac Rosenberg in the Barbershop films (2002, 2004 and 2016), Harvey Pollard in Bandits (2001) and Harvey in Sunshine (2007). For his portrayal of Barry Winchell in the television film Soldier's Girl (2003), he received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film. He has had recurring roles in the series Boss (2011–2012) and Ballers (2015–2019).
