Troy Vincent, also credited as Troy Joe Vincent, is an American actor. He is known for his supporting role as Pastor in the 2014 film American Sniper.
His other credits include guest appearances on television series such as Lost (2004 and 2010) as Oceanic Rep, House (2004) as Father, Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013) as Vic Turring, Modern Family (2009) as Mr. Powers, Pretty Little Liars (2010) as Dr. Freedman, NCIS (2003) as Lawyer, True Blood (2008) as Lab Coat Scientist, Mad Men (2007) as Researcher, and The Orville (2017) as Man in Lab Coat. He has also appeared in Ratched (2020) and more recent series including Lessons in Chemistry (2023) and I Love LA (2025).
