Biography
Valentin Hadjadj is a French composer. He trained at the Conservatoire de Lyon and the CNSMD de Lyon, graduating with a Master of Composition, option Music to Image, in 2015.
Hadjadj is known for his scores for April and the Extraordinary World (2015), Girl (2018), A Bigger World (2019) and Close (2022), the last three in collaboration with director Lukas Dhont. He composed the music for the 2026 film Coward.
In 2012 he received the Award for Best Young European Composer at the World Soundtrack Awards. He won the Ensor for Best Music for Girl in 2019.
