Biography
Varada Sethu, also credited as Varada Sethumadhavan, is an Indian-born British actress. She was born on 12 May 1992 in Kerala, India, and grew up in the North East of England. She attended Dame Allan's Schools in Newcastle upon Tyne and studied at the University of Bristol before training at the Identity School of Acting in London.
Her television credits include DS Mishal Ali in Hard Sun (2018), Lance Corporal Manisha Chetri in Strike Back (2019–2020), Cinta Kaz in Andor (2022–2025), DC Harper Weston in Annika (2021–2023), and roles in Doctor Who (2024–2025) as Mundy Flynn and Belinda Chandra. Film appearances include Jurassic World Dominion (2022) as Shira and I Came By (2022) as Naserine 'Naz' Raheem. In 2026 she played Ann Baxter in the series The Other Bennet Sister.
