Biography

Victor Wong (24 September 1906 – 7 April 1972) was an American actor. Born and died in Los Angeles, California, he appeared in films from the 1930s to the 1940s, mostly in small or uncredited roles.

His most prominent parts were as Charlie the cook in King Kong (1933) and its sequel Son of Kong (1933). Other credits include Shanghai Express (1932), War Correspondent (1932), Lost Horizon (1937) and Shadows Over Shanghai (1938). His screen work is sometimes confused with that of a later actor of the same name.
