Biography
Vincent De Paula, also credited as Vicente De Paula Prieto, is a Spanish cinematographer born in 1978. He began his career in London, where he shot numerous commercials, music videos and independent features before moving to North America, where he is now based between Los Angeles and Vancouver.
His early British credits include the 2002 series Spooks and the 2011 feature Don't Let Him In. In North America he has served as director of photography on series such as Maid (2021), Firefly Lane, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist and The Flash, and on features including 2 Hearts (2020) and The Inheritance (2024). He is a member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and has received Leo Awards and nominations for his television work.
