Biography
Viola Fügen is a German film producer. She studied film production at the Werbe- & Medien-Akademie Marquardt, graduating in 2006. From 2006 she worked as a post-production supervisor at Pandora Film on titles including Na Putu (2010).
In 2013 she co-founded The Match Factory Productions GmbH in Cologne with Michael Weber and has served as its managing director. The company specialises in European and international arthouse cinema. Her producing credits include Foxtrot (2017), Martin Eden (2019), The Operative (2019), Memoria (2021) and Kidnapped (2023).
