Biography
Wayne Pygram is an Australian actor. He is known for playing Scorpius in the science fiction series Farscape (1999) and the follow-up miniseries Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars (2004).
Pygram was born in Cootamundra, New South Wales, and raised in Wagga Wagga. He studied at Riverina College of Advanced Education and performed with the Riverina Trucking Company theatre troupe. Before screen work he appeared regularly on the Australian theatre circuit.
He played Governor Tarkin in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005) and Isaac of Uluru in the series Lost (2006). Pygram has also played drums in bands including Signal Room, alongside Farscape co-star Anthony Simcoe.
