Biography
Wei-Ning Yu is a screenwriter and producer. She graduated from the AFI Conservatory Screenwriting program in 2010.
She began her television career as a staff writer on the series Briarpatch (2019–2020). Yu later worked as a writer and story editor on the limited series The Dropout (2022) and as executive story editor on Gen V (2023). She joined the writing staff for the second season of Severance (2022), contributing as a writer and serving as a producer.
Yu received a Primetime Emmy nomination as a producer for Severance in the Outstanding Drama Series category.
