Biography
Whit Anderson is a screenwriter and producer. She studied theatre, music theatre and playwriting at Northwestern University.
Anderson wrote two episodes of the series Ozark (2017) and received a Writers Guild of America nomination for the new series. She also wrote episodes of Marvel's Daredevil (2016) and Allegiance (2015), served as executive story editor on both, and wrote the screenplays for the films Uglies (2024) and Players (2024).
She has developed original and adapted projects for HBO, Showtime, NBC, Warner Brothers, Paramount, CBS, Starz, Netflix and Sky UK. Early in her career she assisted composer Jason Robert Brown, writer-director Gary Ross and Jim Carrey.
