Biography
William Mark McCullough is an American actor, producer, writer and director. He was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, and studied political science and theatre at Mercer University before completing a law degree at American University. He previously worked in politics and law on Capitol Hill, before a car accident prompted a career change to acting.
McCullough’s film roles include Pete (Snowbird #2) in American Made (2017), Bobo in Logan Lucky (2017), and Commander Dennis Dunphy in Captain America: Brave New World (2025). On television he has appeared in The Walking Dead (2010) as Moto, Cobra Kai (2018), The Gifted (2017) and Swamp Thing (2019). He has also directed and produced independent features, including A Savannah Haunting (2021), and received multiple awards at film festivals for his work in smaller productions.
