Biography
William Vail is an American set decorator and actor. Born on 30 November 1950 in San Antonio, Texas, he made his screen debut playing Kirk in the 1974 horror film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.
Vail appeared in supporting roles in Poltergeist (1982), Mausoleum (1983) and Glitch! (1988). He later worked primarily as a set decorator on television films and series including Too Young to Die? (1990), The Enemy Within (1994), Amish Grace (2010), The Craigslist Killer (2011) and Blue Lagoon: The Awakening (2012). He has received two Primetime Emmy nominations.
