Biography
William Wood is an American television writer and producer born on 6 October 1931.
He wrote the story for the 1970 Mission: Impossible episode "My Friend, My Enemy" and the teleplay for the 1964 The Fugitive episode "Rat in a Corner", the latter credited under the pseudonym William Morwood. He created and wrote for the 1977 series Big Hawaii.
His other credits include episodes of Kaz and numerous television films such as Death Car on the Freeway (1979) and Murder in New Hampshire: The Pamela Smart Story (1991). He is married to Jeanne Dougherty.
