Biography

Yuki Kajiura is a Japanese composer, arranger and music producer. She was born on 6 August 1965 in Tokyo.

She began her career in the early 1990s and is known for her work on numerous anime series and films, including Sword Art Online (2012), Puella Magi Madoka Magica (2011), Fate/Zero (2011), Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019) and its films Mugen Train (2020) and Infinity Castle (2025). She has also composed for ERASED (2016).

Kajiura was a member of the group See-Saw and leads the FictionJunction project. She produced the vocal group Kalafina, formed in 2007.
