Biography
Zach Robinson is an American composer and music producer. He earned a degree in music composition from Northwestern University in 2012. After graduating, he contributed additional music to feature films including Frozen (2013), Edge of Tomorrow (2014), Ant-Man (2015) and The Peanuts Movie (2015) while working with composer Christophe Beck.
Robinson frequently collaborates with Leo Birenberg. Their joint credits include the Netflix series Cobra Kai (2018–2025), the film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story (2022), for which they won a Primetime Emmy Award, the Peacock series Twisted Metal (2023) and the Disney+ series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (2025). They composed the score for the comedy The Breadwinner (2026).
Independently, Robinson has scored series such as Matlock (2024) and the Netflix docu-series America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (2024). He also creates 1980s-inspired electronic music under the name D/A/D.
