Biography
Adelaide Clemens is an Australian actress. Born in Brisbane, Queensland, she began working in Australian television while still in high school. Early roles included a guest appearance in Blue Water High (2006) and a lead part in the children's series Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji (2007). She played Harper in the drama series Love My Way (2007) and received a Logie Award nomination for Most Outstanding New Talent.
Clemens relocated to Los Angeles in 2009. On television she is known for playing Valentine Wannop in the BBC/HBO miniseries Parade's End (2012) and Tawney Talbot in the Sundance TV series Rectify (2013–2016). Film credits include X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), Silent Hill: Revelation (2012) as Heather Mason, and Catherine in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby (2013). Later television work includes Under the Banner of Heaven (2022) and Justified: City Primeval (2023).
