Biography
Alan Jaggs (also credited as Alan L. Jaggs or Allan Jaggs) was a British film editor. Born in Exmouth, Devon, he began working in the British film industry in the late 1930s.
Jaggs edited numerous feature films, including Treasure Island (1950). He later worked in the United States, where his credits included Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972) and Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973). He died in Mill Valley, California, in 2008.
