Biography
Alan Moloney is an Irish film and television producer. He established Parallel Film Productions in 1993 and was named a producer to watch by Variety in 2005.
Moloney produced the Beckett on Film project in 2001, a series of adaptations of Samuel Beckett’s plays that won the Best TV Drama award at the South Bank Show Awards. His other credits include Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten (2007), The Escapist (2007), Perrier’s Bounty (2009), and television series such as Kingdom and The Clinic. In 2024 he produced Small Things Like These alongside Cillian Murphy through their company Big Things Films.
