Biography
Alex Reid is a British actress born on 23 December 1980 in Penzance, Cornwall. She trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
She portrayed Beth in the 2005 horror film The Descent and reprised the role in its 2009 sequel The Descent: Part 2. Other credits include Sally in the E4 series Misfits (2009–2011), Captain Caroline Walshe in Ultimate Force (2002–2003), and appearances in Arachnid (2001), Life on Mars (2006) and the miniseries Unorthodox (2020).
Later roles include The Queen in The Princess (2022) and Colonel Pauline Keele in The Undeclared War (2022).
