Biography
Alex Young is a film and television producer. Born Alexander Morgan Young on 29 August 1971 in London, he grew up in Cooperstown, New York, and New York City, and graduated from Williams College in 1993.
He began his career at Paramount Pictures before joining 20th Century Fox in 2002. He rose through the ranks to become co-president of production in 2007. After leaving the studio in 2009, he formed Giant Pictures and has since produced or executive produced films including Unstoppable (2010), The A-Team (2010), A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), Hitman: Agent 47 (2015) and Ford v Ferrari (2019). He has held senior roles at Mandeville Films and Hidden Pictures.
