Biography
Alexander Woo is an American television writer and producer. He served as a writer and producer on the HBO series True Blood (2008–2014).
He studied creative writing at Princeton University and earned an MFA in playwriting from the Yale School of Drama. His credits include writing for Wonderfalls (2004), Sleeper Cell (2005) and Manhattan (2014), and the screenplay for The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (2017). He co-created and was showrunner for the second season of The Terror (2019) and co-created the Netflix series 3 Body Problem (2024).
