Biography
Amanda Donohoe is an English actress. She was born on 29 June 1962 in London and trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
She first appeared in films including Castaway (1986) and Ken Russell's The Lair of the White Worm (1988). In 1994 she played Lady Pembroke in The Madness of King George. On television she portrayed C.J. Lamb in L.A. Law (1990–1992), for which she won a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her other screen credits include Liar Liar (1997) and Starship Troopers 3: Marauder (2008). She has also worked extensively in theatre.
