Biography
Andre Royo is an American actor, producer and writer. He is best known for portraying Reginald "Bubbles" Cousins in the HBO series The Wire (2002–2008).
Royo was born on 18 July 1968 in the Bronx, New York. He attended Mount Saint Michael Academy in the Bronx from 1982 to 1986. His other television roles include appearances in Fringe (2008), Party Down (2009–2010), How to Make It in America (2010–2011) and Empire (2015–2020). Film credits include Shaft (2000), The Spectacular Now (2013), Beautiful Boy (2018) and Prospect (2018). He is married to Jane Choi.
