Biography
Angus Imrie, also credited as Angus William Jake Imrie, is a British actor. He was born on 2 August 1994 on the Isle of Wight and is the son of actors Celia Imrie and Benjamin Whitrow. He made his screen debut at the age of five in the BBC film Station Jim (2001).
Imrie was educated at Dulwich College, the University of Warwick and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He has worked extensively in stage, television, film and radio. Since 2014 he has played Josh Archer in the BBC Radio 4 series The Archers.
His television and film credits include Prince Edward in The Crown (2020), Jake in Fleabag (2016 and 2019), Young Merlin in The Kid Who Would Be King (2019), roles in Emma. (2020) and The Spanish Princess (2019), and Agent Charlie in Mickey 17 (2025). He is also credited as Beverley Goodway in the forthcoming film Ink (2026).
